The LGBTQ community has long been known for its richness and color. It's this community we are honored to be part of and also who we serve. Our programs are outward focused with the intent of enriching the world we live in, creating a healthier, more empowered community.
Some of our annual community events include Wellness Symposiums on gay/bisexual men’s health as well as trainings for both agencies and individuals on how better to address the needs of the HIV-positive population. We also host an annual theatrical performance will the goal of bringing theater closer to the communities we serve and a number of other community-wide events.
We are open to more ways to get involved in the community we love to serve. Contact us if you have a need and we will do whatever we can to help.
Volunteers are the backbone of our programs. We could not do the work we do at The Denver ELEMENT without the heart, dedication, energy and hard work of our amazing volunteers. Whatever your special gifts are, you can help make Denver’s gay community a healthier, stronger and more loving place for us to share.
